1. Presentation of the articles

All MPH-Charms products are custom-made and may therefore vary slightly from the picture and have slight irregularities.

The items are presented to the best of our knowledge and belief and are depicted accurately. Unfortunately, the colours may appear different on different PCs. Therefore, MPH-Charms provides no guarantee for the presentation and colour representation. If you have any questions or are unclear, please contact me via email: mphcharms@gmail.com

2. Cutting motifs for notebooks and 3D art decals

All cut MOTIFS from MPH-Charms are not unique and can be produced multiple times by MPH-Charms. However, all individual PRODUCTS are unique and cannot be reproduced.

For customers who want their own cut motif, the entire creation costs will be charged.

 

3. Custom-made products using “acrylic pouring” technique

Custom-made products based on customer requirements are possible after consultation for an additional charge.

4. Order

An order from MPH-Charms can be made via email, telephone, WhatsApp, messenger or in person and thus triggers the conclusion of a contract. There is no minimum order value or minimum order surcharge.

  

5. Prices

The prices are shown in CHF and include postage and packaging within Switzerland and Lichtenstein. Since this is a small business, no VAT is charged.

Price changes can be made by MPH-Charms at any time.

 

6. Payment 

Following the written or oral discussion of all order details, the account details required for payment as well as the total price including shipping costs will be communicated. Advance payment is possible via online banking, PayPal, Twint, post office or bank. When making deposits via the post office or PayPal, CHF 3:- must be added to the amount to be paid. Unfortunately, the post office and PayPal charge such high processing fees.

As soon as the payment has been received into the MPH-Charms account, the item goes into production or items are shipped from stock.

 

The advance payment should be made within 5 days (unless otherwise agreed). If payment is not received within this period, the agreed delivery period cannot be guaranteed.

 

7. Shipping costs and delivery area

The prices on the website include packaging and shipping. Within Switzerland and Lichtenstein I will send uninsured via B-Post. Other shipping methods and insurance are available for an additional charge.

 

If the goods are sent uninsured by post, the risk of loss in the post lies with the buyer.

 

I can also send items abroad (EU/USA/UK) by agreement, but only as registered mail with tracking. For customers who wish to ship abroad, the entire shipping and customs clearance costs will be charged.

  

Collection and payment by cash/Twint/credit card in Birsfelden, BL, is possible by telephone or written agreement.

 

8. Delivery time

Stock items will be shipped within 1 to a maximum of 5 working days, provided that the amount to be paid has been received on the MPH-Charms account.

 ​

For items that are completely custom-made, the delivery time will be agreed upon. Basically, due to the painting technique, the production of a custom-made product from start to finish takes up to 4 weeks because the colours and resins must be completely dry before further processing.

 

9. Cancellation of the order

Cancellation is only possible before delivery.

 

10. Returns

Items that have been manufactured or personalized according to customer requirements are excluded from the right of return.

 

Sketches that were created based on your ideas for custom-made products can generally be handed over.

 

It is important to me that you are happy with my products! If you are not satisfied, you can return the goods to me within 10 days, stating the reasons. The purchase amount, less shipping costs, will then be refunded to you.

 

I accept the return of the goods within 10 days after delivery if contacted by email and stating the reasons. The item must be unused and in perfect condition.

 

In order to prevent damage to the goods, they must be returned in the same packaging.

 

The purchase amount will be refunded minus the shipping costs incurred.

 

A return is only possible if the goods show no signs of use.

 

11. Defects, warranty and liability

All MPH-Charms products are 100% handmade and may have slight irregularities. Eg. a small dust particle or a tiny scratch in the resin surface is not considered a defect. These are all characteristics of a unique piece.

 

As a buyer, you are obliged to inspect the goods upon receipt. All complaints regarding the scope of delivery, material defects or incorrect delivery must be reported to MPH-Charms immediately, at the latest within 5 days of receipt of the item, by email. MPH-Charms is not liable for damage caused by improper use or natural wear and tear. MPH-Charms is also not liable for transport damage caused by the post office or damage caused by improper opening of the package/envelope.

 

As the buyer, you will be responsible for the postage for any returns.

 

12. Repairs & Adjustments

I am happy to carry out repairs and adjustments. The costs are calculated depending on the effort and materials required (plus postage and packaging).

 

13. Confidentiality

MPH-Charms and the customer mutually undertake to treat all business and operational matters of the other side discreetly for an indefinite period. In addition, documents, drawings, images and other information that customers receive as a result of the business relationship may not be used for other purposes. The customer data will be processed in accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act and, in particular, will not be passed on to third parties.

 

Your data can be deleted at any time after completing the purchase process. To delete your data, please send us an email with your request to delete the data to the following email address: mphcharms@gmail.com

 

14. Publication of images

MPH-Charms may publish images of the finished items on the homepage, in social media or for advertising purposes. Of course without any information about the individual customers. Copyright of the design always remains with MPH-Charms.
